Our Policy

Dress Code:

  • Guests are kindly requested to adhere to a smart casual dress code.
  • Attire such as tracksuits, sportswear, and caps is not permitted.

 

Deposit Policy:

  • A deposit of £20 per person is required to secure the reservation.
  • Deposits are fully refundable.

 

Cancellation Policy:

  • Reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund of the deposit.
  • Failure to cancel within the specified time frame will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

 

Minimum Spend:

  • Sunday to Friday: £40 minimum spend per person applies.
  • Saturday: £60 minimum spend per person in the shisha lounge.

 

Late Arrival Policy:

  • Please note that reservations will be automatically cancelled if guests arrive more than 15 minutes past the scheduled time.

 

Table Duration Policy:

  • All bookings will have a maximum duration of 2 hours.
  • We kindly ask guests to adhere to this time limit to accommodate all reservations efficiently, Unless table duration is manually extended on the day.
